Short-term field & special programs
Field courses are conducted mainly in rural and coastal areas, some at the Biomolecular Laboratory. Field course fees include: tuition, registration, housing at the field location, course materials, transportation/logistics for the field course, and all meals. San José housing, airport pickup, and other services not tied to the field course are not included and may cost extra. Non-field courses include day field visits, and fees cover tuition, registration, San José housing, materials and meals. Marine Biology includes a mandatory virtual component before arrival.
